DAY 12 in NYC

Wed, today's my goal- not to use any penny of my money.
I've been using a lot of money everyday, I mean for food, and shoes and clothes. It's not just because I want, sometimes I need because I didn't bring that many things here in NY from Cincinnati.
um,,, spending too much.
I realize my money in bank is only 140 more left lol ahaha
I need to be careful for using my money. I was keep tracking but not these days.... ok I should lol

I usually go to gym before dinner. usually directly from my work. so by the time I get done working out, I'm really really tired and hungry. so I tend to eat a lot before I sleep.

however, according to the article I was reading, I should eat a little bit of protein before I work and eat a small portion of meal after work out to make more muscle.

well you know what happen. I ate too much before I work out, so I had to take a break and sleep before I went to gym. I worked out a lot so I guess it's alright. :P
