This is what I wrote a month ago somehow it wasn't uploaded.
so here I am in Mexico. I' m going to be there for a month.. Arrived at Mexico city on Mon December 12th. I will enjoy here as much as i can.
This is only my third day to get around and I already had a lot of things realized. You get so many things while in travel. it's not only sightseeing that you can go. You get to meet a lot of different people and get to see a lot different things with your home thing.
Here is the way to get around for me.
Couch Surfing.
It's a traveler's network. literally it's couch surfing, When you travel, you find a host so you can stay on couch. But the real purpose if not only to find a place to stay but also to find a local people who have a lot of knowledge about the city and show it to you. The host will be a way to meet with new people. and often couch surfing has communities that you could join for each cities. So now I'm using CS and stay at other CSfer's house (literally it's not a couch, he offered me a room with a bed. woot) and hang out with other CSfers.
I get to know the depth of city with hanging out with CSfers since they know a lot of things about cities.

by using it, I have experienced a lot of things that I probably couldn't otherwise..
Here is the things I did
- went to a bar with my host CSfer. There is a band playing from London at that time, which was really good. The singer looked like a British guy, so we all thought he is but he was actually Mexican. Since I came here, I noticed that Mexican is such a broad racial mix. It's not like Japanese. Saying Mexican means a broad definition not only the one significant face.
I also got to know that night that Mexican people party hard. The bartender gave me a strrrrooooooong JackDaniel's and Coke. Later my friend told me that it's also effect of high altitude of Mexico city. In high altitude, it's easy to get drunk. (ok.... good to know)
-today Wednesday, I went to Zocalo which is the center of Mexico City. It was soooooo many people. It was waaaaayyy alot of people than I thought. crazy. You get to walk so slowly because of too many people in front of you.
-Ate the first Pozole. It's a mexican cuisine. it"s s soup with either pork/chicken (sometimes it's a tomato based soup) then we put a sliced cabbage, onions, and radish with your style.
While you eat Pozole soup, you also have bites of chips. IT IS THE BEST COMBINATION.!
(will upload the photos soon!)
